The suspect, Byaruhanga Hillary, 28, who is employed by Don World Security Limited, is alleged to have shot Mutinisa on Sunday evening before fleeing with the victim’s vehicle.
Police later recovered the stolen car, registration UA 769 BQ, in Katwe Cell, Kihihi Town Council, following a targeted operation.
