Uganda Hosts The 15th EAC Inter-Parliamentary Games

Uganda is hosting the 15th East African Community (EAC) Inter-Parliamentary Games, a regional multi-sport event bringing together legislators and athletes from across the bloc, running from December 5–17, 2025 in venues across Kampala.
Parliament and government officials are expressing confidence with ongoing games so far , including stadium readiness, medical partnerships, and full hospitality arrangements. The games, themed “One Region, One Community: Advancing Integration through Parliaments and Sports,” feature competitions in football, athletics, golf, and more — all with free public access to encourage community participation.
