Alien Skin Wanted Over Murder of Ex-Fangone Forest Dancer

Musician Patrick Mulwana, popularly known as Alien Skin, is currently wanted by the police in connection with the murder of Wilfred Namuwaya, a former member of the Fangone Forest music group, also known as Top Dancer.

The deceased identified as Wilfred Namuwaya died last week following a brutal beating, and authorities are now seeking to bring Alien Skin to justice.

On September 20, 2025, Namuwaya was allegedly abducted from his home in Ndeeba by Musomali, a known associate of Alien Skin’s Fangone Forest group.

Police say this abduction occurred under the orders of the singer, who allegedly instructed his gang to punish Namuwaya for leaving the group without permission.

Namuwaya was later found abandoned in Mpomba Zone and rushed to Mulago Hospital by a Good Samaritan. Unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries on September 22, 2025.

Police spokesperson SSP Patrick Onyango confirmed the investigation.

“The suspects, including Alien Skin, orchestrated a violent attack on the victim. This is a serious matter, and we are determined to bring all involved to justice.”

Alien Skin, who has a history of controversies, was previously in the public eye after a 2024 incident involving an assault at Nsambya Hospital.

A video surfaced showing his gang attacking security guards and medical staff, leading to his arrest and remand in Luzira Prison.

The charges included robbery, with the theft of an iPhone 15 Pro, Shs480,000, and a wallet belonging to Salim Mubiru. The case is still pending, with a court date set for December 9, 2024.

While his arrest sparked a debate, fellow musician Pallaso initially defended Alien Skin, saying, “Locking Alien up in prison won’t tackle the real problems faced by kids from the ghetto. The places they used to hustle from have been replaced by new buildings. Where do you think those kids have gone? They are the ones you see hanging around artists.”

However, tensions between the two artists escalated in January 2025, when Pallaso allegedly led a violent raid on Alien Skin’s Makindye home after an earlier confrontation in Buloba, Wakiso District.

Video evidence shows Pallaso and his group attacking Alien Skin’s team, smashing property, and causing injuries. Alien Skin reportedly hid in the ceiling to escape the attack.

Alien Skin has also been involved in political violence. In December 2024, he was accused of mobilizing gangs to attack National Unity Platform (NUP) supporters at their Makerere Kavule headquarters.

Now, as he faces charges in Namuwaya’s death, Alien Skin’s notoriety continues to grow. Police are calling on the public to assist in locating him and his accomplices, Commander Mdogo, Ibra Kabadiya, and Mijagulo. SSP Onyango urged, “The investigation is ongoing, and we urge anyone with knowledge of their whereabouts to come forward.”

Alien Skin’s involvement in Namuwaya’s death marks an alarming escalation in his already violent and controversial career, with many calling for justice and greater accountability in Uganda’s entertainment industry.
